5. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at verifiedgadget.shop@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to help us expedite the process.

7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process above. Once we receive the returned product, we will send you the new item, subject to availability. If there is a price difference, we will process the necessary adjustment.

8. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
